They were really fast and professional I brought my car into the shop at 4:40pm Friday(the shop closes at 5). They allowed me to wait inside with my toddler son until my ride came, which unfortunately was running late. They called me by 11:30 Saturday evening. In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. My only regret is that I have waited so long to express my gratitude in writing. If you are looking for honest and dependable work, look no further. My 2006 VW Passat had been losing oil consistently for 2 years now. Ma... read more My 2006 VW Passat had been losing oil consistently for 2 years now. Many trips to the Dealership and I was told this was normal oil consumption . Not convinced I found Autos of Europe and explained the situation to the Service Manager. He seemed very knowledgeable of my situation and convinced me to bring the vehicle in for a second opinion telling me they run into this all the time. Brought my car in on Monday and had a diagnosis the same day, yes, the same day. I informed them I had an extended warranty and they worked with my warranty company to have the turbocharger replaced and the PCV system repaired, the warranty covered all the repairs. 2 years at the dealer with no result, never again.
