Brought car in for brake repair estimate and received nothing but heartache. Estimate was very high and shop admitted additional damage done on unrelated brake components while doing inspection to fix minor brake repair. Shop refused to fix damage caused during inspection upon learning I had decided not to have Meineke complete any repairs needed. Brought car to another repair shop and fixed ALL work, including damage done by Meineke during inspection, at half of Meineke's original estimate to fix car. Filed to BBB ---case is pending. STAY AWAY and save yourself time and pain.

Work done was excellent as always. However, the quote of $350 to change the ignition switch is way over the top. I changed it myself in less than a half hour in my driveway in the cold.

I stopped at Sal's one day to ask for directions, and after he helped me figure out my way, he noticed an indent on the side of my one of my car's front panels. He asked if I would wait just a minute. He came back with his tools, asked if I would like him to fix it, and proceeded to work a huge improvement on getting the dent out. He wouldn't accept any payment and sent me on my way with a smile. I definitely plan on using him when I need a mechanic next.

I have been going here for nearly 10 years now. Mike has always been honest, up front and fair. He lets me know what needs to be done right away, what doesn't need to be done now but will need to be done eventually, and what doesn't need to be done but that I might consider. He knows my financial situation and bases his suggestions around that. I can't recommend him strongly enough. These guys advertised a front bumper on their website for a Mercedes which they didn't have. They took the payment of $887.86 and have not supplied the part or returned the money. I would advise not to deal with them and find another supplier.
