The staff at Yorkie's have always taken care of me and my cars. I purchased a used BMW 740il that had a few repairs needed. Not only were the repairs done quickly but they were done correctly the first time. I'd had the repairs quoted at the BMW dealership here in KC area and his team came back with much lower quotes. Repairs completed were new brakes, re-charged the A/C system, and replaced the front struts on the car. I was pleased with the repairs and subsequent charges. I've been taking cars to these guys for over 10 years and they've always been incredibly awesome for us. I've had them work on my Jaguars, MINI, Infiniti, and Ferrari. Traveling form another state for the Holidays I needed to get tires before return. After install when driving the car made a noise and vibrated-I was short on time and New Years was coming so I took my car back first thing the next morning. I was told that the bearings were bad and tie rod like an additional $800.00! I had them do the work the parts were $250.00 and if I had the time I would have done myself. When I picked up the car it made the same noise I took part they put it up o;n the lift and all that was original wrong was a $12.50 pin!!!! They did not offer to give any of my money back! I would not do Business with them again for anything!
