AVOID AT ALL COST. If one star could be given it would. Repaired minivan, put in lesser aftermarket parts without asking or telling that non-original parts would be used. When part failed, wouldn't agree to either of the two reasonable restitutions offered and s basically told to get out of the shop. This same shop didn't repair a bolt in a tire that was brought in, and paid for to get repaired. When confronted, shop claimed it was a DIFFERENT bolt in the same tire that just happened to be in the same region and be the same size. This is also the same shop that told us we had a cracked oil pan, that never turned up again as an issue at this shop (despite never being fixed), never leaked oil and has not been found by two other shops.

Brought car in for brake repair estimate and received nothing but heartache. Estimate was very high and shop admitted additional damage done on unrelated brake components while doing inspection to fix minor brake repair. Shop refused to fix damage caused during inspection upon learning I had decided not to have Meineke complete any repairs needed. Brought car to another repair shop and fixed ALL work, including damage done by Meineke during inspection, at half of Meineke's original estimate to fix car. Filed to BBB ---case is pending. STAY AWAY and save yourself time and pain.

Work done was excellent as always. However, the quote of $350 to change the ignition switch is way over the top. I changed it myself in less than a half hour in my driveway in the cold.

I am so very thankful to have found Mr. Meixner and his exceptional crew of expert mechanics! In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. Great people work here. I took in an old 1972 351C block because of some stuck bolts I couldn't get with my tools at home. They got it off with no problem, they didn't charge me for anything. I had planned on paying for the use of the tool and a few minutes but they wouldnt let me. Definitely where I am taking my business from now on.
