Our daughter is in school in Atchison, KS. Her truck's "service engine soon" light was on in her truck. We found R&S when we visited the town and recommended our daughter go there. Scott diagnosed the problem as a misfire and made the necessary repairs. Scott took care of her right away, communicated clearly throughout the process and his prices were vary reasonable. Our daughter is back on the road and very happy! Being over 2,000 miles away from our daughter, it is nice to know that there is someone we can rely on in town to take care of her. We know some of our daughters friends went to Scott as well and were very happy with his work. Traveling form another state for the Holidays I needed to get tires before return. After install when driving the car made a noise and vibrated-I was short on time and New Years was coming so I took my car back first thing the next morning. I was told that the bearings were bad and tie rod like an additional $800.00! I had them do the work the parts were $250.00 and if I had the time I would have done myself. When I picked up the car it made the same noise I took part they put it up o;n the lift and all that was original wrong was a $12.50 pin!!!! They did not offer to give any of my money back! I would not do Business with them again for anything!
