I just had to take my car in for a handful of repairs and maintenance issues. The people were very friendly and easy to work with. They were also honest (a rare trait in auto mechanics) advising me that some of the maintenance tasks I mentioned weren't actually necessary at this time. And when a part didn't arrive in time to be installed, they gave me a loaner car to use overnight. I didn't have to miss a single day of work. Great experience!

Remembering back to the day Don opened. It is because of his great service that he has allowed his business to grow and become a pillar of the community. I had a great experience with Altox automotive as my 2004 BMW 525i car had some problem with headlight & seat etc and they fixed everything without any hassle. The two main people Roman and Justin were very friendly and gave a reasonable answer to any question with regard to the repair and tried to reduce the repair cost as much as possible. Had a slow leak. Tried two shops near my home and what seemed fixed ended up not being. Leak continued. Tried the Midas in Overland because near my work. On a lunch break they found it to be a bad valve. Removed tire, installed new valve. filled and has yet to leak. Sounds simple but other shops failed. I am just glad they took the time to actually figure it out. A new tire was over $150. So, I am grateful. Ask for Jamie or Robert. Thx

My 2006 VW Passat had been losing oil consistently for 2 years now. Many trips to the Dealership and I was told this was normal oil consumption . Not convinced I found Autos of Europe and explained the situation to the Service Manager. He seemed very knowledgeable of my situation and convinced me to bring the vehicle in for a second opinion telling me they run into this all the time. Brought my car in on Monday and had a diagnosis the same day, yes, the same day. I informed them I had an extended warranty and they worked with my warranty company to have the turbocharger replaced and the PCV system repaired, the warranty covered all the repairs. 2 years at the dealer with no result, never again.
