These guys rock! Took the time to explain my front end repair. Even took me to the vehicle to show me. I trust them completely. It feels good that I can take my vehicle to a place that's not out to take me.

We bought a new Chevy Cruze at this dealer, after just 5 months it was damage by a real bad hail storm so we decided to take it to the dealer and get it fix, the shop manager told us it will be ready in 4 days, so we rented a car for those 4 days, when we came back for the car it was parked at the same place where we left it at. There were no apologies or nothing they are a bunch of liars, is the last time we do business with them, awful service if you want to save your time and money, don’t go there.

Remembering back to the day Don opened. It is because of his great service that he has allowed his business to grow and become a pillar of the community. It is truly hard to find service shops like his that care about their work and stand by it without overcharging and finding things that don't really need "a fixin". Amazing customer service! I was given a breakdown of services I would need ..they even offered discounts. They were really honest and answered all of my questions. Also given their opinion on which services I should prioritize since I wasn't able to pay for all of the services that day. 100000% would recommend to everyone. My car engine was heating up after a long road trip. I took my car to Affton. I asked if they would change the oil while fixing my water pump. They stated they don't usually do oil changes, but said they could do it. They did not give me an estimate on the oil change, but I didn't ask for one, because it's just an oil change. They ended up charging me $108.17 for an oil change: $47.50 for 1/2 hour labor, $6.42 for an oil filter, and $54.25 for 5 quarts of oil! Outrageous!

THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY SUCK YOU IN WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ONLY REALIZE THEY CHARGE SO MUCH FOR DOING EASY REPAIRS. THEY ARE A RIP OFF, IF ANYTHING THE CONDITIONS OF YOUR CAR WILL GET WORST AND THEY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR IT. SINCE THEY PROVIDED ME POOR SERVICES, THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO REIMBURSEMENT ME A DIFFERENCE; BUT NEVER DID. THE MAIN MANAGER INDICATED HE WOULD SEND IT VIA MAIL, BUT IT NEVER GOT TO ME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED THERE, IT WILL COST YOU ARMS AND LEGS. AND DON'T FORGET YOUR CAR WILL STILL BE RUNNING POORLY. STRAIGHT RIP OFF....

I took my car in to have work done on the motor they kept the car for over 2 weeks did not fix the problem and messed up the transmission when they pulled the motor .I would never give this place a thought.
