Chrysler service near Liberty, MO

This business is nothing more than a parasitic scam facility. Do not take your vehicle to this repair shop. They falsly advertise as an "authorized repair facility" for major foreign automobiles (BMW, Saab, Mercedes) and they are not. After taking my vehicle to this shop for over two years I became suspicious about the work being performed, the parts being used, and the incredibly high prices I was paying with constant, repeat failures of these expensive parts. I finally contacted my vehicle manufacturer and explained this whole situation to them and they informed me that this business has been "red flagged" as UNAUTHORIZED for any major foreign car repair service. They went on to explain that this shop claims to use genuine parts for whatever vehicle you have but they actually use cheap, aftermarket Chinese parts yet they still charge you for the genuine part you were expecting to get, actually they charge you more!!! After realizing what was going on my vehicle was taken to an authorized facility and they discovered some major damage that had been done during the previous "repairs" and some additional problems that were never brought to my attention because they had been caused by the "mechanics" at this shop in an effort to have me return in need of an additional repair. I've reported them to the BBB and the manufacturer of my vehicle. I've also reported them to the Missouri Highway Patrol who has an investigative unit that focuses on these exact issues since there are crimes involved with tampering with a motor vehicle. Do not make the same mistake we made, stay away from this place. You will pay a ton of money and your repair problems will only get worse.

I had this company Raytown Transmission, replace the transmission in my 2006 Mercury Mariner in Late Dec of 2012. Now 5 months later it does not seem to be functioning right. I called Benny and explained and he asked that i bring it in so they can take a look. Benny was very courteous on our phone call. I will be sure and update my review after they look into this for me. Fingers crossed.

I took my suv back in August for Ac repair front and rear. Thought it got repaired it's April and Ac is not working if I bring Ac in for repair the Ac shouldebeen repaired not patched to have to bring back later but then warranty don't cover repairs because they claim it's leaking from hoses. The I'm told other problems about my vehicle I didn't even ask about. Not satisfied and they weren't helpful at all

We were extremely pleased with the quality of work as well as the exceptional customer service. Over the last 6 years we have used Weaver's 3 times. I brought my car in for an oil change and some diagnostics were performed. I needed new tires and my battery registered low. In checking prices around town for the same tire recommended New Concept had a lot more fees than other places. Therefore, I chose to go somewhere else. In regard to my battery, my car started, but there was some hesitancy. I decided to go to Advance auto to have it tested and replace it if necessary and found out the positive cable was slightly disconnected which was obvious. Advance auto tightened the cable, tested it and all is good. They even tested my alternator. The loose cable should have been recognized by New Concept. They also forgot to reset my oil button to 100%. I have had good service in the past, but this trip was disappointing.

On 7/28/14 I took truck in for new spark job. On screen and printed flyer a summer special discount of $25 on any service over $100. I stated that I didn't want new wires. I waited over 2 hrs while mechanic said engine was too hot to work on. They first called be to the shop because they said the wires were too old to save. Then they called me back to show me the broken plug with contact tip missing. They next showed be the same plug with more of it missing insisting that it had been broken already. They soaked the threads with penatrating oil over night. The next morning they broke off all the plug with wrench flats. Two more days later they drilled out and removed the plug with an easy-out. They said I would have to pay for the easy-out tool and 2 1/2 hours of extra shop labor. This seems excessive for drilling out one plug and backing it out with an easy-out. The final bill was $532.68 and they took away the $25 special and $10 off the 96.92 wire set. they had on the earlier estimate claiming it was to pay for the easy-out. Lee Curtis
