The technician said I need a new engine but the car dealer says probably not. A lot of the noise I heard was from a loose front windshield trim that was not noticed in your inspection. Some disappointment.

Went to get an oil change was like 150 bucks, which I thought was at least twice as much as should have been for an oil change, I told them I had had lights flickering in my dash and that my truck had actually turned off right as I was trying to park but it easily turned right back on, they charged me $100 and something for a diagnostic they found a loose battery cable tightened it, did nothing else to make sure there was anything else wrong I'm still having problems with that and they charged me the full diagnostics for just tidying a power cable on my battery instead of giving me a here has half price on the discount because all we did was tight and a cable and we didn't finish the diagnostics, then they told me I had a coolant pump leak and they wanted another $150 just to diagnose where the problem was with that, like take the money from the diagnosis that you didn't use and apply it to the new one where you already know the problem is, but no these people are over tax and the price is way too high on everything and they don't care about their customers, they seem to have nice people working there but just cuz you seem to have good customer service doesn't mean your service is any good,this is the only reason they got a two-star instead of a one is because their customer service was good but other than that their prices and the way they tax people and they don't care about price gouging I'll never go back
