I want to thank everyone at North Belt automotive for doing a great job on my car. They were really fast and professional I brought my car into the shop at 4:40pm Friday(the shop closes at 5). They allowed me to wait inside with my toddler son until my ride came, which unfortunately was running late. They called me by 11:30 Saturday evening. My 2006 VW Passat had been losing oil consistently for 2 years now. Many trips to the Dealership and I was told this was normal oil consumption . Not convinced I found Autos of Europe and explained the situation to the Service Manager. He seemed very knowledgeable of my situation and convinced me to bring the vehicle in for a second opinion telling me they run into this all the time. Brought my car in on Monday and had a diagnosis the same day, yes, the same day. I informed them I had an extended warranty and they worked with my warranty company to have the turbocharger replaced and the PCV system repaired, the warranty covered all the repairs. 2 years at the dealer with no result, never again.

These guys rock! Took the time to explain my front end repair. Even took me to the vehicle to show me. I trust them completely. It feels good that I can take my vehicle to a place that's not out to take me.

We bought a new Chevy Cruze at this dealer, after just 5 months it was damage by a real bad hail storm so we decided to take it to the dealer and get it fix, the shop manager told us it will be ready in 4 days, so we rented a car for those 4 days, when we came back for the car it was parked at the same place where we left it at. There were no apologies or nothing they are a bunch of liars, is the last time we do business with them, awful service if you want to save your time and money, don’t go there.
