VERY RUDE & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. The guy that works in the garage needs help with his people skills and an attitude adjustment. Could not calmly tell me where to park for service. Had to be belligerent & very rude to me. I walked into the office for answers since I didn't appreciate the mans ignorance. After walking inside the office lady wasn't much better so I left. BANKRUPTCY IS IMMINENT if they don't come out of this rut. I've been told they are very raciest but I am white and from Columbia so I have no idea. With the amount of other garages in Columbia, it's not hard to find another one.
