Chevrolet service near Sunset Hills, MO

We bought a new Chevy Cruze at this dealer, after just 5 months it was damage by a real bad hail storm so we decided to take it to the dealer and get it fix, the shop manager told us it will be ready in 4 days, so we rented a car for those 4 days, when we came back for the car it was parked at the same place where we left it at. There were no apologies or nothing they are a bunch of liars, is the last time we do business with them, awful service if you want to save your time and money, don’t go there.

I had a great experience with Altox automotive as my 2004 BMW 525i car had some problem with headlight & seat etc and they fixed everything without any hassle. The two main people Roman and Justin were very friendly and gave a reasonable answer to any question with regard to the repair and tried to reduce the repair cost as much as possible. I would highly recommend to others to go and try Altox Automotive once and you will become their regular customer.

Had a slow leak. Tried two shops near my home and what seemed fixed ended up not being. Leak continued. Tried the Midas in Overland because near my work. On a lunch break they found it to be a bad valve. Removed tire, installed new valve. filled and has yet to leak. Sounds simple but other shops failed. I am just glad they took the time to actually figure it out. A new tire was over $150. So, I am grateful. Ask for Jamie or Robert. Thx

I am so very thankful to have found Mr. Meixner and his exceptional crew of expert mechanics! In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time.
