Exhaust repair service near Tracy, MO

Our daughter is in school in Atchison, KS. Her truck's "service engine soon" light was on in her truck. We found R&S when we visited the town and recommended our daughter go there. Scott diagnosed the problem as a misfire and made the necessary repairs. Scott took care of her right away, communicated clearly throughout the process and his prices were vary reasonable. Our daughter is back on the road and very happy! Being over 2,000 miles away from our daughter, it is nice to know that there is someone we can rely on in town to take care of her. We know some of our daughters friends went to Scott as well and were very happy with his work. Being in the automotive service industry, finding someone that reputable and trustworthy takes a load off our shoulders. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for such great customer service! I brought my car in for an oil change and some diagnostics were performed. I needed new tires and my battery registered low. In checking prices around town for the same tire recommended New Concept had a lot more fees than other places. Therefore, I chose to go somewhere else. In regard to my battery, my car started, but there was some hesitancy. I decided to go to Advance auto to have it tested and replace it if necessary and found out the positive cable was slightly disconnected which was obvious. Advance auto tightened the cable, tested it and all is good. They even tested my alternator. The loose cable should have been recognized by New Concept. They also forgot to reset my oil button to 100%. I have had good service in the past, but this trip was disappointing.
