I was driving from Pittsburgh Pa to Myrtle Beach and was spending the night in High Point. I notice that my vehicle was making some front end noise and I thought I needed brakes. I stopped at a local Auto Zone and bought the brakes and they referred me to Dr Ron. I got there before he opened and once he got there I explained to him my problem. He immediately took me in and determined that I did not need brakes and that the problem was a simple fix. I was grateful that he took care of me for a very reasonable price. I just had my rear bumper cover replaced and painted by Aycock Frame and body. I am pleased to announce that they did a great job. But it doesn't end there. I had shops give me estimates of as much as $2200 for the same job. Aycock charged me about 20% of that. They do a great job and charge an even greater price. If you want a good job for a good price, go see the people at Aycock Frame and Body. They will treat you right!

I've taken my cars to Websters for more years than I care to remember, and they are probably the top shop I've ever dealt with: extremely competent, efficient, very skilled at evaluating problems and very trustworthy. They are also not cheap, but you will get what you pay for. I wish it weren't such a long trek out to their shop by the airport but they do provide shuttle service. But for large or small repairs I recommend Websters very highly.

I arrived at the shop because I had a tire that had came unclinched from the wheel on my trailer. Upon arrival I was making my way around the building and met two employees behind the building. As we stopped and ask them if they could try to fix the tire, the two tire shop employees looked at the trailer dumb founded, ( we had to exit the vehicle and show them the tire that was flat, which was pretty obvious). So I asked them if they had air so that they could try to clinch the tire and inflate the tire. The tire shop employees stated they did not have anything big enough to work on the tire, and something about the tire being a 100psi tire, which is incorrect and all I needed was the tire to be clinched and my little plug in pump could do the rest. This is the only tire shop I have ever been to that said We don t work on tires and we don t have a compressor that big My home compressor goes to 120psi to bad I was an hour and half away. I would not suggest anyone take anything to this shop, they are incompetent, very rude, and have terrible customer service.

Do not shop at this store because they will sell unneeded repairs. They do not honor their warranty. My recent experience was that the manager of the store 1.Sold a lifetime warranty on brakes but the rear brakes installed were not lifetime brakes. 2.After inspecting the returned rotors and brakes I saw they were not worned out. 3.Failed to put a balance weight on right rear tire that I had purchased in May 2011.
