So grateful for this service, the ease and convenience of it and how helpful Natalie and Brent were! Plus, I overdid it slightly on the services I ordered and Brent explained what I needed, what I actually didn't and why. I was grateful for that and makes me feel this is a company I can trust and highly recommend to all my friends! From booking online to the time my services were complete, was just over 24 hours. I especially needed that being so short on time this week and also wasn't looking forward to having to find a place to take my car in. I had no idea that this existed, but am so glad I found it!! You tried to tell my kid no struts had ever been replaced on her car. I replaced the front drivers side strut myself, yet that was the only one you said needed replacing? Fuck you guys!

Today I was fortunate enough to work with Bucky. It was a simple inspection, but they were packed with those of us who had procrastinated until the last moment. Despite it being 5:00 on New Years Eve, and even though I'm sure everyone was exhausted and just wanted to get home and start their holiday evening, Bucky and his team kept working, helping folks with assorted issues, and solving problems with care and great good humor. Forget the dealerships. We have had auto service at countless shops, national chains, garages and dealerships over many years. None one can even come close to the personal service, convenience, professionalism, honesty, experience, friendliness and knowledge you will find at Tri-City. I'd give them more stars if that were an option. The prices are reasonable, you get what you pay for and if it's not right (seldom) they'll make it right. Love their coupons too.

I love doing business with Autologic. Vince is incredibly knowledgeable about pretty much anything auto related. I have used them several times and I recommend them to my friends and coworkers. There aren't many businesses these days that Ii trust but AutoLogic of Greensboro is one. I TRUST them.

I TOOK MY CAR TO A SHOP TO HAVE MY BRAKES CHECKED FOR A GRINDING NOISE AND MY STEERING WHEEL PULLING. THE SHOP QUOTED ME OVER $700 FOR THE REPAIR. I FOUND MOBILE LUBE DOCTORS ON HERE SO I GAVE THEM A CALL. WITHIN 3 HOURS THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT TO ME AND HAD MY CAR REPAIRED. CHRIS FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON SO THAT I UNDERSTOOD. HE WAS ALSO ABLE TO GET ME REPAIRED AND BACK ON THE ROAD FOR $250 LESS THAN WHAT THE SHOP QUOTED ME. I LOVE THIS SERVICE.

I visited this shop because they had a $99 tint sign up! When I got inside the $99 no longer applied! I was quoted $129.00 and a cheaper price if I paid cash. My final bill was $160.00 the difference was supposed to be for the darkest tint....I only received 35%. I have a legal tint waiver that allows me to go darker than normal, which comes with a sticker from the state that must be applied between the tint and the windshield. When I showed this to Marc he was like I don't need that! So I did not pursue getting my windows tinted because he seemed a little thrown off and slow! They always seemed to be backed up, and behind. They called me on a Sunday and said they could do my car because they were caught up and had the darkest tint so I tried it. Both were very nice until I gave my money up! I used the front door, after I paid I had to walk through the dog poop,dirt and dust. Some customer service! When I got my car back it had footprints throughout the car all over the seats, back seat back of front seat, water runs running down every part of my car, no clean up! Had my car detailed at the infinity shop the day prior when I got it back it looked like someone had been doing burnouts on a dirt road. A thick film of gray dusty smoke that took 2 drive through washes to clear up but not clean, which is how I found out that my drivers window seal had been cut now water comes through my car when I go through the car wash, or when it rains. After the dirt was cleared off my car I noticed the windows had several razor cuts on the outside of my drivers window. They don't come from the Chevrolet place like that! The door and window seal was broken in several places on the drivers side like a grown person tried sliding out the door.
