So i had a simple safety inspection done i scheduled an appt for 11:30... read more So i had a simple safety inspection done i scheduled an appt for 11:30 but got a text saying my appt was for 11 ok so i get there at a little before 11 no one waiting dead .. i sat there sat there i ask the lady at the desk ruffly how much longer bc ive been sitting here here almost 45 mins at this point she said it takes an hr in a grumpy kind of manner i said what lol it took ten mins the last time .. sooo finally i can see my car finally get pulled in at 11:33 so they all just stand around to the exact time my appt is .. and it only took ten mins after that .. I’ve never had problems here but i don’t think I’ll be returning i come here bc they were always nice and fast but this time super disappointed
My car was making a clicking noise from the front driver side tire. I ... read more My car was making a clicking noise from the front driver side tire. I was told the tire was warped and would need a new tire and an alignment. Tryon auto repair was going to be much more expensive then other places so I ended up taking my car to discount tire and they said there was nothing wrong with the tire, it was not warped at all. All I needed was for the tire to be rebalanced, which they did for free. And when they checked the alignment at discount tire, I did not need that service done. I would have paid $500 if I did, what was suggested at Tryon auto repair, versus a free service at discount tire since that’s where my tires are from. Also, there was a nail in my back tire that was not there previously. Be careful driving through the parking lot, because I might have gotten it there.
