Recently had the pleasure of working with the staff at The Wrench. I explained to John Crowley the pinch I was in, needing air conditioning several days before a drive from Silverdale to Texas! Every other auto repair business in the Bremerton, Silverdale area either couldn't repair the car on short notice, or wouldn't return my calls requesting a quote. John explained that his business relies on a revolving door style of auto repair, most repairs that his crew undertakes are out of the door by the end of the day. John put one of his repairmen, Kayle Lenz on the job, and after a few days of being sent the wrong parts, through no fault of the shop, Kayle had my AC blowing colder than an Alaskan winter that held up during my long haul. John was even kind enough to give me a ride home after I had dropped the car off. Car is a 2001 Audi S4 that's personally heavily modified, and after this pleasant experience I trust these guys with my baby, will recommend to family and friends.

The technician was great. I had my oil changed and then brought my car back up there to have them fix my spare (it was flat when I went to use it) and put it back where it goes when not in use. The oil change was fine had a great price of $39.95 but for them to fix my spare tire it cost $29.95. That was a bit high for a valve stem replacement! He said “All Tire Repairs are $29.95”. I thought that was too high to replace a $2 (if that) part. Not all tire repairs are equal and shouldn’t be treated as such!

This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!

Cam Auto is now my personal mechanic because they have proven to be knowledgeable, fair, honest and conveniently located. The fact that you found the actual problem when a service station could not and you got me on your schedule very quickly should be plenty to give you a great recommendation. The advertisement for this company is False! They are deceitful! The customer service staff is rude, unprofessional and underqualified! I even spoke to the owner will try to get more money out of me then was morally acceptable then refused my business and one as far as calling me stupid before hanging up on me! I have read other reviews about this guy and he has thrown receipts at people and said vulgar things to customers! Aside from the work they do the company should be boycotted just based on the lack of customer service & the lies they tell!! There are too many good businesses out there that are sharing their customers with terrible companies like this that should be put out of business !!
