First order placed for decals I was to pick them up on a Friday and dr... read more First order placed for decals I was to pick them up on a Friday and drove all the way across Charlotte in major traffic and they were closed without notification. Was told good luck they never work on Friday by someone else I talked to.Finally got them and the decals did look GREAT. Repeat of exact same order a few weeks later (should have been easier & faster) ...TERRIBLE. No confirmation of my order for over a week (after I called & emailed them many times). Once confirmed and apologized to for slow start, I was promised the order (on Thursday) would go out first thing Monday. Still not here following Thursday. Call to find out why and they say they are waiting on UPS for tracking info. HELLO....that is instantly available if you actually have a tracking number. It was supposed to be sent USPS anyway. THANKS GUYS. I lost a customer from that one. Was going to send you all my digital printing business.....NOPE not anymore.
