Once they opened Monday morning we talked to Jamie and within 21/2 hours they had fixed the issue and charged us a very reasonable price and had us back on our way to the beach for our vacation. I would recommend this garage to anyone who has issues. Very clean facility and very friendly, wonderful, competent mechanics. I give Erlanger Auto Care and their mechanics 5 stars and A+ rating! My Jeep Liberty was having issues and we brought it to FOUR different mechanics for repairs- each giving a different diagnosis and solution. After 2 years and about $3000 in repairs, the problem was still not fixed. In January we brought it to J Medic, they made a few repairs and the problem was FIXED! Not only were they able to solve the mystery of my Jeep, but the staff there is amazing; friendly, accommodating and responsive! The price was fair as well. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days... now I use J Medic for all of my vehicle repairs- breaks, oil change, inspections, etc. -Jackie Hoffman
