We were on vacation and were from another state. AAA towed our van to this garage over the weekend to get repaired. Once they opened Monday morning we talked to Jamie and within 21/2 hours they had fixed the issue and charged us a very reasonable price and had us back on our way to the beach for our vacation. I would recommend this garage to anyone who has issues. Very clean facility and very friendly, wonderful, competent mechanics. I give Erlanger Auto Care and their mechanics 5 stars and A+ rating! had Tahoe aligned in high point twice. Thomasville once, still bad driving. tried Perrymans in Lexington, found front end had not been aligned as spacers were still in place. once perrymans aligned my tahoe it drove like a dream. driving for several months and still good. thank you guys! gerald flinchum

One of the best car shops I've been to! My Jeep Liberty was having issues and we brought it to FOUR different mechanics for repairs- each giving a different diagnosis and solution. After 2 years and about $3000 in repairs, the problem was still not fixed. In January we brought it to J Medic, they made a few repairs and the problem was FIXED! Not only were they able to solve the mystery of my Jeep, but the staff there is amazing; friendly, accommodating and responsive! The price was fair as well. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days... now I use J Medic for all of my vehicle repairs- breaks, oil change, inspections, etc. -Jackie Hoffman
