Chevrolet service near Julian, NC

After waiting for a month to get a part replaced and not hearing anything back from the mechanic, I told him to release my car and I would have a different person do the two hour job. It's a two hour job that I waited for a month to be done, and he's ignoring my phone calls the entire time. I ended up having to file a complaint with the Attorney General JUST to get a response from him, and after that, he came up with one excuse after another as to why he couldn't give me my own car. This mechanic is dishonest, exploitative and irresponsible and should not be used by anyone!

I recently took my vehicle in to have the brakes serviced. In addition to the staff being incredibly friendly , i found out that the price for the service was 15% cheaper than the dealership! Its a rare combination to find great people, services and prices all in one location.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! DO NOT, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT call these people for service! This is a scam! My husband sent this guy Chris to me to fix my car because I broke down in Greensboro NC. He came out to fix my car and said he needed the money to go get the part. I gave him $250 and never came back to fix my car! He immediately stopped answering his phone! He also have a female riding with him so that you can't go with him. He have fake reviews all made by him from fake pages that he made himself to boost his rating! I'm at the moment still stranded in Greensboro NC. I'm finding out that he has been doing this to people for years!

I was driving from Pittsburgh Pa to Myrtle Beach and was spending the night in High Point. I notice that my vehicle was making some front end noise and I thought I needed brakes. I stopped at a local Auto Zone and bought the brakes and they referred me to Dr Ron. I got there before he opened and once he got there I explained to him my problem. He immediately took me in and determined that I did not need brakes and that the problem was a simple fix. I was grateful that he took care of me for a very reasonable price. The world needs more people like Dr. Ron. If I lived in High Point he would definitely be my mechanic. Thank you for the great service Dr.!!!!

Just spoke w/ Marvin one of the Owner's w/ brother Randy, about my son's Jeep. He was very easy to talk to and had answer's right away!:>) Now it is wait and see how Cromer's get's thing's done! Have been told BEST in TOWN!:>) Trygve
