This a terrible company that not only provided me with horrible custom... read more This a terrible company that not only provided me with horrible customer service, they flat out LIED to me! When I called to ask about having my car picked up and cleaned, they promised they would have it back to me by 1:30 that afternoon. I also specifically asked them to clean the inside of the front windshield as it was so streaked that it was very hard to see out the window. First of all, They were TWO HOURS late bringing my car back and that was after having to call TWICE to ask for it. They made me 40 minutes late for an extremely important appointment because I was stuck at work without my car! Even worse, they hadn't even touched the windshield!! It honestly looked like the car had just been sitting at their shop all day and when I called to tell them they were late and I needed it back immediately, they quickly rinsed the car off just to make it look wet so I would think they had washed it! But there was still bug spots all over it and NONE of the streaks had been cleaned off of the windshield!! I hate that I ever spent a dime on this company because once they have your money they do not care about their service or customer satisfaction at all!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!!
One of the best auto shops I've ever been to in Charlotte. The owner w... read more One of the best auto shops I've ever been to in Charlotte. The owner was super nice and helpful. The waiting room is awesome! There was a Kuerig coffee maker and some very nice and clean waiting area. I had to get a ground wire replaced on my car and they charged me next to nothing. They also noticed something was wrong with my car when they pulled the car into the shop. They came to ask if they could see what was wrong with my breaks and they wouldn't charge me at all for looking at it because they were worried about my safety and just wanted to check them, of course I said yes. They came back and told me both of my front control arms were bad. They gave me and estimate on a printed out sheet of paper to tell me what the cost was to fix it, told me what to do, and gave me an estimate on how long they had left before they were completely done. Great people who were pleasant and honest. The other bad reviews have no clue what they are talking about and were very petty. I plan on taking my car to Super Eagle in the future.
