BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! DO NOT, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT call these people for service! This is a scam! My husband sent this guy Chris to me to fix my car because I broke down in Greensboro NC. He came out to fix my car and said he needed the money to go get the part. I gave him $250 and never came back to fix my car! He immediately stopped answering his phone! He also have a female riding with him so that you can't go with him. He have fake reviews all made by him from fake pages that he made himself to boost his rating! I'm at the moment still stranded in Greensboro NC. I'm finding out that he has been doing this to people for years!

After waiting for a month to get a part replaced and not hearing anything back from the mechanic, I told him to release my car and I would have a different person do the two hour job. It's a two hour job that I waited for a month to be done, and he's ignoring my phone calls the entire time. I ended up having to file a complaint with the Attorney General JUST to get a response from him, and after that, he came up with one excuse after another as to why he couldn't give me my own car. This mechanic is dishonest, exploitative and irresponsible and should not be used by anyone!

Just spoke w/ Marvin one of the Owner's w/ brother Randy, about my son's Jeep. He was very easy to talk to and had answer's right away!:>) Now it is wait and see how Cromer's get's thing's done! Have been told BEST in TOWN!:>) Trygve

I have always been a cadillac man and the dealerships are over rated and too exspensive for repairs. Mr. Scott started out working for Cadillac and he is My Mechanic. Always honest , great prices on repairs , this guy knows his stuff. give him a try you won't be disappointed. It's funny alot of other shops that has opened in the past few years started out working for Donnie at Scott Automotive. 25 years in business says it all.
