The customer service staff is rude, unprofessional and underqualified! I even spoke to the owner will try to get more money out of me then was morally acceptable then refused my business and one as far as calling me stupid before hanging up on me! I have read other reviews about this guy and he has thrown receipts at people and said vulgar things to customers! Aside from the work they do the company should be boycotted just based on the lack of customer service & the lies they tell!! There are too many good businesses out there that are sharing their customers with terrible companies like this that should be put out of business !!

Searched the web and found BCH Imports and figured I would try them out. They not only found and fixed my problem, they showed and explained everything in detail and communicated via email and texting which means everything to me since I am very busy and can't get away from work very often. They have earned my business and plan on returning soon to get some "custom coding" done for my lights and windows. I encourage anyone who has a BMW to visit these guys first.
