Toyota service near Mint Hill, NC

Recently had the pleasure of working with the staff at The Wrench. I explained to John Crowley the pinch I was in, needing air conditioning several days before a drive from Silverdale to Texas! Every other auto repair business in the Bremerton, Silverdale area either couldn't repair the car on short notice, or wouldn't return my calls requesting a quote. John explained that his business relies on a revolving door style of auto repair, most repairs that his crew undertakes are out of the door by the end of the day. John put one of his repairmen, Kayle Lenz on the job, and after a few days of being sent the wrong parts, through no fault of the shop, Kayle had my AC blowing colder than an Alaskan winter that held up during my long haul. John was even kind enough to give me a ride home after I had dropped the car off. Car is a 2001 Audi S4 that's personally heavily modified, and after this pleasant experience I trust these guys with my baby, will recommend to family and friends.

Had my alternator go out. Went here and ended up taking them up on the other repairs they offered to me. (Shouldn’t have)Parts replaced were fine but car also was returned to me with a rough idle they said may go away(never heard of) then check engine light comes on the next week with a egr valve code. Also had my car for several days after telling me they could get it done within the day. No communication on not being able to complete job. Did the same the “NEXT” day! 2100$ later to get my totally great starting & running 2005 Hyundai with 110,000 miles on it not operating as before…more insult to injury to me was when I asked Drew stated they wanted to hold my car longer to make sure things were “running well” :-/. With that being said over promising and WAY under delivering. I’ll never go again and unless you like feeling you’re being “sold” & in this case lied & under informed to I’d skip this place! unfortunately.

Purchased oils temp sensor, hoses, T-connector, thermostat, water pump: Still doesn't cool - still over heats ( Chrysler 300). Poor service. Will not recommend!

These guys are great at Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Repair. They got me right in the same day. They had the radiator in stock and they had the best price for the job by a lot. I called four places. The ad says they’re at 650 concord pkwy n but that’s there old address they’re across the street at 723 Concord Pkwy North. Great service I’ll be back!

I had brought my car to Sun city to have my spark plugs changed out. The price for my spark plugs and a replacement gasket came out to $120 but labor was over $300. I looked past that because I have been going to them in the past and maybe they did take there time and it was worth it, but when I opened my hood after the service my insulation and plastic between my intake and valve cover gasket were smashed and cracked up, again I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought my car all the way back so they can look at the damage and they said they try to be as carful as they can and that “stuff gets brittle and old and there’s nothing you can do to prevent that” I was just asking for a simple replacement for the part and the Owner himself told me “If you think you have a showcar then work on it yourself and don’t bring it to us next time”. The owner is extremely unprofessional and does not need to be dealing with customers. I only wanted a replacement and just got mean looks and attitude from the owner and do not enough trust bringing my car on that lot anymore even for them to fix it.

Mike and Ernie, the guys that run the Matthews Midas are fair, knowledgable and trustworthy guys. I have been going to their shop for about a year now and they have been great to me since day one. The will not charge you for things you don't need, they will shop for a good deal for your vehicle in the case of finding tires and if they can't fix your car or can't find the problem, they won't charge you for their time. I found them by reading reviews like these, and my experience has been just as good as every review I've read about them. They are good guys, great mechanics and I'm happy to give them a great review.

I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated. This place had my car for about a month before I ever got it back; which I, as well as others, found it strange that my car was even gone for as long as it was. When I did get it back, I didn't even feel comfortable driving it. There were spider webs all throughout the interior of my vehicle and I found 2 HUGE spiders. I don't know if they've laid eggs. I don't even know if there are more in hiding that I can't see yet. One of which, I found directly ABOVE MY HEAD, attached to the ceiling in a bed of webs. The other spider was in the back, behind the passenger's seat. It is insane and ridiculous. Not only do I not feel comfortable in my own car, but there's NO way anyone would even want to sit in the back of it because of how bad it is. Mind you, my car is pretty much brand new. I was rear ended by a huge truck about a few weeks after buying it. My interior was very nice and clean prior to taking it to Abra to be fixed. I don't know if they left my windows down in their shop or what. But there is no good reason that my car should've been delivered to me looking like that on the inside. Other people agree with me and were absolutely appalled when I told them what I experienced. I tried emailing Katheryn Richmond about my concerns TWICE, but received no response. When I called, I had to talk to someone else because she wasn't there. And when I expressed my disappointment to this woman, it sounded like she had this stale, careless attitude. There was no "Ma'am, I am so sorry. We didn't mean for that to happen. How can we fix this? Etc., etc." No apology. No sign of care or concern for me as a customer. Today I had to take my car to a car wash to have the inside cleaned out really well and to have the spiders and webs removed, because I can't not drive my own car. I have places to go and things to do. Oh, and who had to pay out of pocket for that? ME. I don't deserve that at all. That is money I shouldn't have had to spend. I will never come here again. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I'm a blogger and YouTuber as well, so my reach and influence goes farther beyond just friends and family. What a shame.
