The extra 1 hour plus one way is all about my friendship with the people at Steve Jones Honda. They know me by my first name. They know my family by name. Their service is always tops. The few times I've gone for recalls on a part in the Raleigh area is not like the atmosphere at Steve Jones Honda. Developing life time relationships is so important. Most of the time after purchasing a Honda, Steve Jones or his mother will personally call me for feedback. That means a lot!! They have always given me the BEST prices around.
