Went in June b/c BJ's offered best price on tires. Had them installed, just noticed yesterday there was a missing lug nut. Had my local service station fix immediately. Called to inform the manager (they already owe me a free oil change b/c my appt. took 4 hours!!!) Daniel was not empathetic at all. Should have learned my lesson from the previous two visits for an oil change and another set of tires. They put the cap on so tight that all the oil leaked out the same day and the one tires lug nuts were all so loose I unscrewed them with my hands!  SAFETY IS NOT FIRST HERE!! Do not go!!!!
