Yesterday, I had one of those very pleasant surprises. A pay it forward gesture on the part of Precision Import, an upscale foreign and domestic auto repair company. My Jag suffers from annoying engine fault light notice. Richard (Dick) and Patrick Horan could not fix it without the right diagnostic software BUT were kind enough to coach me on a couple of related car matters. I appreciated them sizing up the current problem without any expense and reviewing other pending matters about the car’s near term repair requirements. With a Jag they say you need to have two, one for the garage and one to drive while the other is in there. In any case, I have found Patrick and his team diligent and trustworthy on two occasions. Better still I was able to get some work done as they graciously let me use their board room and guest wireless. How many garages do you know of with a board room, wireless and the good sense to not nickel and dime you for exploratory stuff? I’ll be back.

These people are wonderful to work with. They don't cut corners but put my priority - safety - always first. They explain everything clearly and are very detailed and professional with all inspections, maintenance and repairs. Best maintenance shop I have ever been to. Great experience. It was a dark, cold middle of the night very far from our home in Florida when our diesel Excursion decided to die. We were on a work assignment in Manchester so we had our truck towed to a Ford Garage close by. The next day they gave us their assessment ... and it would cost over $4000.00 just to get it running so they could figure out what else might be wrong. On a previous trip were introduced to Custom Car Care, by our son who lives in New Hampshire, and had received excellent care. We decided to have the truck towed there. I cannot say enough to fully convey the scope of professional, knowledgeable and excellent care we received. While the problem was NOT what Ford said Custom Car Care would have done that repair for half the cost we'd been quoted. They worked tirelessly to find the unusual and tricky problem, even late into the night to get us back on the road!
