Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. They explain everything clearly and are very detailed and professional with all inspections, maintenance and repairs. Best maintenance shop I have ever been to. Great experience. Even offered to pick it up at my home and complete the bill of sale. At 6 am, he emails me that before they pick up my truck, he couldn't pay the $14,500. He "just got new data" this morning that puts the value of my truck at $14,000. Take it or leave it. I told him I would rather take less from an ethical dealer than accept his sleezy sales tactics. He then hung up. BE CAREFUL OF THIS CROOK!! IVE REPORTED THIS UNETHICAL SALES TACTIC TO THE BBB.
