Horrible, worst service I ever witnessed! Research the BBB if you have any doubts! I was with my friend through all of this and kept telling him to stop bringing his car there. My friend never had to consult a lawyer about service and harassment in his life before, absolutely terrible service and the guy has no time to answer questions once Derek has your money to pay for his flying lessons! I noticed once anyone leaves a poor review on this midgets shop the kid goes ballistic! There webpage looks like a big shop with a lot of experienced workers, it's simply him and his wife with a garage for 2 vehicles. Derek tells everyone "Don't research anything online, published books or otherwise" and try’s to discourage anyone from this. He is always frustrated and about 2 seconds away from a heart attack, he doesn't listen and his "partner in crime Mila" is expected to patch up any issues Derek creates with any customers. I had to talk my best friend out of doing anything irrational because of the tons of money he spent for garbage workmanship by this extremely irritating little oompaloompa! These jokers never give any info. such as the VIN# from the car a used engine came from, or documentation on the mileage not simply "Oh it's got less miles than yours and looks really nice!" My friend just called him for some answers and I quote "If you want more horsepower out of your M3, buy another car!, I don't want to ever see that car again!" Once a poor performance review was left, Derek texted his private phone and said to "man up, and fix this problem with Mila" then Derek left a voicemail totally harassing him! Unbelievable for any man or child, let alone a business. He also had his M3 towed there when he had only about 120 miles on the "new engine" and the A/C belt was shredded (which means he did not install the A/C unit correctly or placed a severely used belt on it.) Think they would fix there mistake and apologize? Not a chance, He was handed a bill for the work for about. $250. I also get the feeling my friend was easily taken advantage of being a disabled U.S. Army, Infantry Veteran. Nice work Derek! I'm sure Mila can "man up" for your extremely poor and totally unprofessional performance! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO PRECISION BMW REPAIR in Brentwood, NH.

I was just at T.C.'s service center today and this is a great quality small town business. very honest and reliable services. would not take my car anywhere else for service.

mark is really good about letting you know what you need now vs. what can wait. his turnaround is also really quick.

My husband brought a van there to get repainted over 3 weeks ago and we were told the job would take about 4 weeks. Over the 3 weeks not much was getting done so my husband offered to help them at night, which I thought was crazy since we are paying them. He helped out two nights and then he thought that they were actually going to really start working on it so he stopped going. Yesterday he went by to see how it was going and the owner (the son) freaked out on him, insulted him personally and called the van a "rust bucket". My husband was questioning why not much had been done yet. He told him to get the van out because he didn't want the job any more after having it for 3 weeks so my husband had no choice and wanted to avoid a fight since the guy seemed unstable. He took it to two other autobody places today and they all said that Best Autobody ruined the van and it would cost almost $10000 to fix it properly so that it doesn't rust through the new paint job!!!!! I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. Very professional people, always willing to help, answer all questions and give any advice. I will be back there for sure in case any service is needed. Wioletta P. Reading, MA

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I PICKED MY SUV UP AND THERE WAS BIRD POO ON IT, DIRT ON THE ROCKER, THE RIMS WERE FILTHY, DUST ON THE BACK SEATS. I'M PRETTY SURE THEY SCRATCHED THE EXTERIOR. THERE IS NO WAY THEY WAXED IT AS ADVERTISED, NO WAY THEY CONDITIONED THE LEATHER OR ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE. AS I WAS DRIVING BACK TO WORK I NOTICED THE WINDSHIELD WASN'T PROPERLY WASHED. THEY CHANGED MY RADIO STATIONS, MOVED MY SEAT, WHO KNOWS WHAT WAS DONE WITH MY TRUCK WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY DETAILING IT. MY EXPECTATION WAS TO PICK UP A SHINY SPARKLING TRUCK, NOT SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN RUN THROUGH HAFFNERS AND A QUICK VACUUM. WHAT A RIP-OFF. GROUPON REFUNDED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!
