Yesterday, I had one of those very pleasant surprises. A pay it forward gesture on the part of Precision Import, an upscale foreign and domestic auto repair company. My Jag suffers from annoying engine fault light notice. Richard (Dick) and Patrick Horan could not fix it without the right diagnostic software BUT were kind enough to coach me on a couple of related car matters. I appreciated them sizing up the current problem without any expense and reviewing other pending matters about the car’s near term repair requirements. With a Jag they say you need to have two, one for the garage and one to drive while the other is in there. In any case, I have found Patrick and his team diligent and trustworthy on two occasions. Better still I was able to get some work done as they graciously let me use their board room and guest wireless. How many garages do you know of with a board room, wireless and the good sense to not nickel and dime you for exploratory stuff? I’ll be back.

He was very patient and honest. We shopped around for tires and did our research and Second Car Auto had the best price for the exact tires that we needed with 40000 miles warranty. Steve agreed to purchase my Highlander for $14,500. Even offered to pick it up at my home and complete the bill of sale. At 6 am, he emails me that before they pick up my truck, he couldn't pay the $14,500. He "just got new data" this morning that puts the value of my truck at $14,000. Take it or leave it. I told him I would rather take less from an ethical dealer than accept his sleezy sales tactics. He then hung up. BE CAREFUL OF THIS CROOK!! IVE REPORTED THIS UNETHICAL SALES TACTIC TO THE BBB.
