It was a dark, cold middle of the night very far from our home in Florida when our diesel Excursion decided to die. We were on a work assignment in Manchester so we had our truck towed to a Ford Garage close by. The next day they gave us their assessment ... and it would cost over $4000.00 just to get it running so they could figure out what else might be wrong. On a previous trip were introduced to Custom Car Care, by our son who lives in New Hampshire, and had received excellent care. We decided to have the truck towed there. I cannot say enough to fully convey the scope of professional, knowledgeable and excellent care we received. While the problem was NOT what Ford said Custom Car Care would have done that repair for half the cost we'd been quoted. They worked tirelessly to find the unusual and tricky problem, even late into the night to get us back on the road! We are so grateful for Joe and his team, would highly recommend CCC to anyone in need and have nothing but positive reviews about every aspect of our experience.

I love it here. It's more expensive than some other oil changes, but they use Mobil 1, which'll keep your car running in tip top shape. I never ever have to wait for an oil change- I just drive up and they take me. They even throw in a quick front floor vacuum for free! They check all your fluids, belts, filters, etc. too, which is helpful. They let me know about a bad serpentine belt I had, and even though I opted to go to m regular mechanic to fix it, they were nice to let me know. My favorite part about this place is that there is always a really nice dog in the waiting room to wait with you

So sad , motor in my Subaru died! Had it sitting in a " Foreign Car Repair Shop" who said they could do it. 3 weeks later its still sitting there untouched! Found these guys through Click & Clack. It wasn't cheap but I suppose an engine replacement never is. They did a great job and even loaned me a car while it was tied up. Glad I found um & my boyfriend is going to start using them for his Lexus!

Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

My husband brought a van there to get repainted over 3 weeks ago and we were told the job would take about 4 weeks. Over the 3 weeks not much was getting done so my husband offered to help them at night, which I thought was crazy since we are paying them. He helped out two nights and then he thought that they were actually going to really start working on it so he stopped going. Yesterday he went by to see how it was going and the owner (the son) freaked out on him, insulted him personally and called the van a "rust bucket". My husband was questioning why not much had been done yet. He told him to get the van out because he didn't want the job any more after having it for 3 weeks so my husband had no choice and wanted to avoid a fight since the guy seemed unstable. He took it to two other autobody places today and they all said that Best Autobody ruined the van and it would cost almost $10000 to fix it properly so that it doesn't rust through the new paint job!!!!! Turns out Best Autobody actually did ruin the van ... repainted over 3 weeks ago and we were told the job would take about 4 weeks. found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!
