Doug and his crew always do an excellent job working on three separate cars and one pickup over those years. I do my own oil changes and spark plug replacements, but more involved work like surpentine belts, tranny and radiator fluid changes and the occasional real problem with a vehicle, I leave to them knowing the work will be done well and at reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable rates. Sometimes, I ask for the old parts, and when I do, they are there for me to look at and keep if I want. I have never been disappointed. I am writing this review because I need to have my tires changed over to snows for the winter, looked their number up on the internet to give them a call, came across the reviews, and figured I should throw in my two cents. I had been shopping for a new (used) car last year. I live in Waltham ... read more I had been shopping for a new (used) car last year. I live in Waltham and didn't know any mechanics in Lawrence. I brought a Craig's List, private dealer car to Sanchez Sunoco to be checked out before any possibly buying it. I don't know if the mechanic is still working here but if he is, you can trust him implicitly. His name is William and he was extremely fair to not only myself but the local guy who was selling the car, which, unfortunately, needed more work than I wanted to invest in.
