DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE INSPECTED HERE!!! I recently brought my 01 Jeep Wrangler in to have it inspected and they failed me because of a leaking power steering gear box and a leak in my exhaust. That was alright with me, seeing as these are important. So I brought it home and instead of fixing the issues, I just went out and bought a new PS Gear box, and a brand new exhaust (full exhaust including CAT, Muffler, etc.). I also installed both of those myself within 2 days. So I bring it back to Poulin within the X number of days and sure enough, they failed me AGAIN! They said I still had a leak in my exhaust, even though I replaced the whole thing. So I called him out and said to show me the leak, that's when he changed his story and said you could hear it but not see it. Keeping in mind, that he still couldn't point it out. Anyway, I brought it to a shop in downtown Rochester the same day, and they said it had passed WITH FLYING COLORS! No issues. This Poulin shop is clearly scamming its customers and failing us on purpose to have us pay them to service these false issues. ONCE AGAIN, I URGE YOU NOT TO BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS.

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I PICKED MY SUV UP AND THERE WAS BIRD POO ON IT, DIRT ON THE ROCKER, THE RIMS WERE FILTHY, DUST ON THE BACK SEATS. I'M PRETTY SURE THEY SCRATCHED THE EXTERIOR. THERE IS NO WAY THEY WAXED IT AS ADVERTISED, NO WAY THEY CONDITIONED THE LEATHER OR ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE. AS I WAS DRIVING BACK TO WORK I NOTICED THE WINDSHIELD WASN'T PROPERLY WASHED. THEY CHANGED MY RADIO STATIONS, MOVED MY SEAT, WHO KNOWS WHAT WAS DONE WITH MY TRUCK WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY DETAILING IT. MY EXPECTATION WAS TO PICK UP A SHINY SPARKLING TRUCK, NOT SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN RUN THROUGH HAFFNERS AND A QUICK VACUUM. WHAT A RIP-OFF. GROUPON REFUNDED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My husband brought a van there to get repainted over 3 weeks ago and we were told the job would take about 4 weeks. Over the 3 weeks not much was getting done so my husband offered to help them at night, which I thought was crazy since we are paying them. He helped out two nights and then he thought that they were actually going to really start working on it so he stopped going. Yesterday he went by to see how it was going and the owner (the son) freaked out on him, insulted him personally and called the van a "rust bucket". My husband was questioning why not much had been done yet. He told him to get the van out because he didn't want the job any more after having it for 3 weeks so my husband had no choice and wanted to avoid a fight since the guy seemed unstable. He took it to two other autobody places today and they all said that Best Autobody ruined the van and it would cost almost $10000 to fix it properly so that it doesn't rust through the new paint job!!!!! Steve agreed to purchase my Highlander for $14,500. Even offered to pick it up at my home and complete the bill of sale. At 6 am, he emails me that before they pick up my truck, he couldn't pay the $14,500. He "just got new data" this morning that puts the value of my truck at $14,000. Take it or leave it. I told him I would rather take less from an ethical dealer than accept his sleezy sales tactics. He then hung up. BE CAREFUL OF THIS CROOK!! IVE REPORTED THIS UNETHICAL SALES TACTIC TO THE BBB.
