Just purchased a used car on 5/6/19 from Bob Celati dealer/owner/mechanic of Central Automotive.Under the terms of Bob's Purchase Agreement the vehicle is covered by "30 day Express Warranty" provided by dealer and "Implied Warranty of Merchantability and fitness" provided by the state to protect buyers of used vehicles from defects that impair the safety and use of a vehicle.During the warranty period I was having a problem with my power steering a problem that would be considered a defect that impairs the safety of a vehicle. Under The Massachusetts used car Warranty Law that was displayed in the vehicle at the time of purchase the dealer is required by law to fix the problem or issue a refund. Bob acknowledged that there was a problem with the steering. He tried to diagnos and fix the problem but was unable to.So he offered a refund/ buy-back I accepted. Bob said he would only honor the buy-back under one condition that I agreed to sign a "Confidentiality Agreement" I have since tried to contact Bob in an attempt to resolve problem.He refuses to respond. I've tried by phone and mail. Now my only recourse is to contact the Attorney Generals Office Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation under The used car Warranty Law a consumer can request a state certified arbitrator to decide the case.

Did a repair for me. Honest pricing. No nonsense. Was quoted $220 for a repair by another shop. Paige's quoted half the repair time of the first shop. They fixed it for 60% of the first shop's quote and used premium parts also. They are truly in the repair business not the fleece the public business like some shops.

He specializes in electrical repair, diagnostics and fabrication. Residents of Melrose, Jaime and his wife have five children. In his spare time, Jaime enjoys teaching martial arts and educating women in self defense. Manny studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts, and has over 20 years of experience in the auto repair industry. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician, and specializes in electrical repair and diagnostics. When he's not working, Manny enjoys playing tennis, camping and water skiing. I had an awesome experience with Charly, who owns the place. I am mildly up on cars (and people), enough to know when I'm getting ripped off. I think. Charly was awesome. When I showed up to First Foreign, Charly made sure he dropped what he was doing to come deal with me personally. He spent a few minutes going over the car with me, and made sure he understood everything I was having trouble with before he let me go. The next day, he called with a list of fix-it opportunities, and we made a plan on what we were going to work on. He did an awesome job of being consultative, rather than selling--he gave it to me straight, and I was the boss of what we actually worked on. He then made sure to give me price estimates on everything, spelling out parts & labor costs. He made sure I knew about all my options (like with tires, I could pick between the more expensive factory tires and a less expensive after-market brand. We talked about my driving pattern, and he suggested I go for the less expensive option). He gave me a day estimate and stuck to it. The price was awesomely reasonable for all the work that was done (he even took care of a few quirks for free). I picked up the car during the weekend, and Charly made sure to talk to me on Monday about what was done, what he thinks is left to do, and what to do going forward into the future (how/where to sell this car and get a different one, when it's time to move on). He did an awesome job building a relationship with me--I'll be a customer as long as I'm within driving distance. By the way--the car drives like butter. I never thought it would drive so well.
