I went to a well known auto repair center to fix a broken air conditioner in my rather old car. They replaced the compressor for $900.00 but could not get it to work. I was stuck with a big bill and no AC. I went to Rochester Radiator, they looked at it, gave me an estimate and it works GREAT! Thank you guys, the thought of summer without AC was terrifying to me! Did a repair for me. Honest pricing. No nonsense. Was quoted $220 for a repair by another shop. Paige's quoted half the repair time of the first shop. They fixed it for 60% of the first shop's quote and used premium parts also. They are truly in the repair business not the fleece the public business like some shops.

The owner is very honest and does great work. I highly recommend this garage.

Quality workmanship, done with exceptional care.I damaged my rear fender a few weeks ago and went in for a free estimate. Shawn was very professional and assisted with my tight schedule by ordering and painting my new fender before I dropped my car off so that I could have minimal loss of use of my car. It was fixed in a day and looked fantastic. I highly recommend them.

It was a dark, cold middle of the night very far from our home in Florida when our diesel Excursion decided to die. We were on a work assignment in Manchester so we had our truck towed to a Ford Garage close by. The next day they gave us their assessment ... and it would cost over $4000.00 just to get it running so they could figure out what else might be wrong. On a previous trip were introduced to Custom Car Care, by our son who lives in New Hampshire, and had received excellent care. We decided to have the truck towed there. I cannot say enough to fully convey the scope of professional, knowledgeable and excellent care we received. While the problem was NOT what Ford said Custom Car Care would have done that repair for half the cost we'd been quoted. They worked tirelessly to find the unusual and tricky problem, even late into the night to get us back on the road!
