I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! Went in for a oil change and tire rotation at Mr.Tire on Rt.561 Voorhees. While driving on the NJ turnpike at 70 to 75 MPH I heard a loud thumping noise. I had to pull over on the side and check my car. I found my wheel lugs loose, not just one but all of them. The wheel on my car were about to come off at 70MPH. Myself and family and others on the road could have been killed. I have been in the automotive dealership business for over 30 years.This so called oil change tech should be terminated.

I took my Volvo here because they said they were Volvo certified - they are not. Although the car was running perfectly fine, we wanted them to check out a "Check transmission next service" message. Three thousand dollars later, the message is still there and the car is stone cold dead in my driveway. They said there is nothing more they can do - and they were RUDE about it. Also, a Volvo mechanic told me that they charge at least 1 1/2 times what others charge. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
