Andrew has always treated me fairly. He'll tell you what must be fixed and what can wait. His pricing is extremely competitive compared to other auto service places in Medford. He's got a good team and it's the only place I go for my cars.

A young employee came over to help me with pumping my gas, I already got out of the vehicle to grab something from my trunk so I told him it was fine, I can take care of it. (I did not know this was not okay). The kid said okay and walked away. I placed the gas pump into the car. One minute later, an older man with brunette hair and “Carl’s Services” on his shirt ran up to me all red in the face and yanked the pump out of my car and pulled my card out. He was less than 3 feet from me and yelled at me for what felt like 3 minutes. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am from out of state so I APOLOGIZED to him that I did not know. Instead of politely educating me, he proceeded to continue yelling and made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe. I told him this is not how you should treat ANYONE and took my services elsewhere. Gas stations will always have people from in and out of state so he should have already been used to this and politely tell me he can take care of it for me.

I have never been more satisfied with the service I received at this shop. Not only did Mr.Torrence come get my car at no charge, he was able to provide a quick diagnosis and fair price. My car has never ran better!The work was efficiently done in a timely manner.

I made an appointment for a groupon I had purchased. It included an oil change, tire rotation, brake and wheel alignment check, plus a hand car wash. I was informed my alignment was off, so I purchased the wheel alignment. My tire rotation couldn t be completed because I didn t have my wheel lock key, my fault. It took them TWO hours to complete an oil change and wheel alignment for a scheduled appointment! Entirely too long! They didn t even hand wash my car. Who knows what else they didn t complete. They didn t leave any desire for me to return. It was a #$%$ poor job accompanied with an underwhelming sales associate. Unacceptable. Non-existent customer service. Will never return. DO NOT trust them, Do Not go there!

WARNING! If you take the pandemic seriously do not use this business. I went to drop off my car for brake work. The clerk did not wear a mask nor keep 6 ft distance. When I asked him to put on a mask, he said that the virus is BS. When I explained I take care of elderly parents, he said the virus is a joke. When I complained to the manager who also did not put on a mask, I got lip service and no apology. Do not use this company unless you do not believe in science.
