A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. Family owned/operated business, very friendly people makes you feel at home, they don't try to push stuff on you will give the recommended work, good pricing, will drop and pick you up if you live close by which I think is really nice of them. I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. My SUV has been in there shop since 8/22/2011 & still in there shop didn't even begin working on it yet every time it's an excuse or find something else wrong with it. I wouldn't advise any 1 to go there unless you don't need your car for about a 3 to 4 weeks
