This shop scams people. DO NOT COME HERE. I have FULL COVERAGE car insurance in which I do not have to pay anything in the event of a car accident. When I first called to release my car, they said that my car wasn’t there for 2 days. Meanwhile, incurring storage charges. This is the oldest trick in the book to get money when they “can’t find” your car. My vehicle was here for 2 full weeks sitting in their lot HOSTAGE. Insisting on ME paying them cash or credit card to be released to my insurance approved body shop. They dodged almost every single one of the insurance company’s calls when they tried to pay the tow and storage fees from them. Multiple times they claimed the owner was not in or the woman who deals with billing was out. Stalling to get more days in storage fees. When my mom went down there to sign the release paperwork, (7 days in at this point) the owner Benny tried to hustle $800 cash or credit card from her so “they could tow it to the new body shop.” Their attitude towards me and my mom were very demeaning. As a young woman, they tried to intimidate and bully money out of me by giving me misleading and incorrect information at EVERY interaction I had with them. They would not have treated me this way if I was a male. I ended up calling the police to assist me with ensuring my car gets out after 2 frustrating weeks. I saw the bill was only $920, including the 2 tows and 14 days in storage fees. Something doesn’t add up here. This is why tow-truck companies and body shops get a bad reputation, because of predators like them. Unprofessional, rude, shady people.

I was very happy yo find out that they work on Europen cars. I have a 2000 Saab that had a blown turbo and Alex was able to find me the best price around and I have had no problem with the turbo ever since. He's very experienced and honest mechanic and I will bring all my cars to him. I will defintely refer him to all my friends and family! I brought my car for a ~$400 simple repair... they indeed fixed it... BUT damaged exhaust system... it took $800 to get it fixed... so my advice to you is... oil change - why not... anything else RUN AWAY before they get your car!

I brought my car here after 2 other places couldn't find out what was causing my 04 Nissan sentra to run rough at idle and under acceleration also it had no check engine light on. Other garages did tune up and o2 sensors and still had the same issue. A friend siad to go here so I just pulled in a tech came out after telling him the story he popped the hood 10 minutes later he told me the mass air sensor is not working correctly which costs 168.00. He ordered the part and it came and was installed within an hour and it fixed the problem and I haven't had a problem sence and if I do I'll only be going to rainbow automotive for now on.
