We've been going to Carlo's for about three years now, and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this establishment. We've dealt with mechanics in several states across the U.S. and overseas, and Carlo's is the most comfortable place we've every dealt with. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.

KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.

Andrew has always treated me fairly. He'll tell you what must be fixed and what can wait. His pricing is extremely competitive compared to other auto service places in Medford. He's got a good team and it's the only place I go for my cars.

This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. great job, fair price

No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.

Quick and reliable service at a reasonable price! Mechanics are very knowledgeable. Will definately recommend and will use Speed Auto Care next time my car needs service. Sharon B.
