My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.

I took my car to this place but I have bad experience, Is a terrible service , parts are a bad quality , he said 3 days and it is really 3 weeks or more. I pick up my car and it became with other problems. He MAKES many excuses.

This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. I was very happy yo find out that they work on Europen cars. I have a 2000 Saab that had a blown turbo and Alex was able to find me the best price around and I have had no problem with the turbo ever since. This is the best mechanic shop I have been to. They are kind, helpful, and reasonable. They always try to fit me in for last minute oil changes and honor my coupons even when I forget to bring them. What you see is what you get, I love that.
