This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

Brought the car there because the brakes are pulsating when depressed. Dropped the car off the night before. They called me in the morning saying they are checking the car. An hour later needs rotors (warped) and the front wheels balanced. They said that was the cause. $550 I said fine. I get there around 1230. The bill was 25 dollars more, no call to advise. Fine I paid. I leave and within 6 minutes call them back to advise the problem persist and now the front brakes are smoking heavy. I bring the car back, I was there 40 minutes without anyone saying a fucking word about what was going on. Unprofessional AF! I asked what the status was, " waiting on parts" did not say what parts. 2 hours later I get my car back. "Should be good now the first rotors I guess were bad" i take the car and the problem still fucking persist. I have to wait to speak to someone AGAIN! $575 dollars for a fucking nightmare. Don't go there!

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. Matt was my mechanic was very caring and knowledgeable. Easy to trust. Assesses my car informs me what I need and when it needs to be done. His professionalism is outstanding. Thank You

This is a one man shop run by a guy named George( the guy who wrote the other review!!). He runs it out of his garage in his house which is located hours from any civilization. I made the mistake of believing the fake reviews and decided to check him out. This guy is a complete hack, absolutely not the expert he claims to be. He speaks of 'process' ever time you ask him a question - basically dumb speak for 'I don't know. If you don't want to have your car damaged for good, avoid this morons at all cost. I ran after I spoke with him for 10 mind after driving 2 hours to meet him.
