My Son highly recommended Laub’s Auto Body. He had his car repaired by Laubs in 2004. My son assured me that I wouldn’t be disappointed because they do amazing work. I went down to Laubs and meant with Kevin. He checked the car and agreed to make the repairs. Kevin showed great professionalism and patience throughout the whole process by keeping me up to date on the progress of repairs. He was on point with everything. His amazing team was efficient and repaired my car as scheduled. If I ever need auto body repairs, I would definitely return to Laubs. They’re a family run business. They’re loyal, trusting and best of all, treat their customers like family. My experience with Laubs was a positive one and most of all, I highly recommend Laubs Auto Body for your repair needs. Amazing customer service, I was attended to immediately they are kind and curtious professional Mechanics who are dedicated to there customers. I had great experiences every time I went. Do not use this shop for any reason!!!! Read the other reviews. There is a reason for the low ratings but even one star is far too high for this sham shop. I wish I had saved myself the headache of dealing with these scam artists by reading the reviews before using their services. The kleptomaniac employees stole multiple parts from the interior of my vehicle and caused further damage to the exterior of my car before I took it to another shop. An employee even stole the money that I left in the car and got aggressive and threatened to attack me when I asked him about it in a non confrontational way. Like, seriously?? I wish I was making this stuff up. The people working at this business are straight up thieves and should not be in business, literally the worst experience I have ever had with any business period. Funny how there are complaints ranging from their towing services, to their body work, to the way they conduct business in general. The complaints on this business are legit and are over the span of almost a decade. Listen to the warnings and stay far away!!

Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

I took my car to this place because I had non-working wiper blades. The mechanic did a diagnostic check and claimed that I needed to replace the entire fuse box and that it would cost me $400 plus $95/hr for labor. I suggested that he consider looking into the relay, instead, as the problem but he refused to check if the relay was the actual problem. He continued to put pressure on me to buy the fuse box immediately and when I told him that I found the fuse box online for $200 he dropped the subject. I decided to go with my instinct and order a relay online which only cost me $16. I left and went home. Once the relay arrived at my home, I replaced it and my wiper blades were working again. Its mechanics like the ones at this place that give the good and honest mechanics a bad reputation. He almost ripped me off for $500-600 and the problem was a $16 cost. If you decide to take your car to this place, do your homework first, and get ready to get ripped off!!! And don't be fooled by the smiles, they are a bunch of thieves!
