No stars...if possible I'd give negative ranking. I left my car because I had problem with my tire. After a while, I received call from them and they told me on the phone that tire has a valve leakage and repair cost will be $12.99 plus labor. The person mentioned that my backlight is also gone and the filter needs to be replaced for which I specifically mentioned that I'll take a look once I'm there. When I reached there, they charged me for both tire and backlight which I didn't ask for and when I reminded that I never agreed to fix the backlight - he started shouting, used curse words and was almost on the verge of making racist remarks. I just don't understand how can such a person run any business. Anyways, I'm done with this store forever.

HAD TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO HAVE THEM REPLACE THE PARTS AGAIN BECAUSE THE ROTORS WARPED THE NEXT DAY. GET THIS I WAITED ABOUT 5 HOURS FOR THEM TO FIX WHAT THEY PUT IN WRONG THE FIRST TIME. I NOW HAVE TO REPLACE ALL THE PARTS AGAIN ONLY 10K MILES AFTER I PUT THEM ON. HUGE RIPPOFF . I HAVE A WARRANTY BUT WILL NOT GO BACK THERE ,AS THEY HAVE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING THERE AND WILL JUST PUT IN INFERIOR PARTS AGAIN USELESS PEOPLE !!!!
