The brake service on my car was well timed ...priced well,,,.,.I will be bringing my car back for future service.My tech was a real pro,double checked his work..open and honest.,.,.,.,good exp.,.,Very happy with service..

Brought the car there because the brakes are pulsating when depressed. Dropped the car off the night before. They called me in the morning saying they are checking the car. An hour later needs rotors (warped) and the front wheels balanced. They said that was the cause. $550 I said fine. I get there around 1230. The bill was 25 dollars more, no call to advise. Fine I paid. I leave and within 6 minutes call them back to advise the problem persist and now the front brakes are smoking heavy. I bring the car back, I was there 40 minutes without anyone saying a fucking word about what was going on. Unprofessional AF! I asked what the status was, " waiting on parts" did not say what parts. 2 hours later I get my car back. "Should be good now the first rotors I guess were bad" i take the car and the problem still fucking persist. I have to wait to speak to someone AGAIN! $575 dollars for a fucking nightmare. Don't go there!

accidents stink right? The gang at Autocrafters CARSTAR really explained the whole repair process. Hope I never need to use collision services again, but if I do this is the place. They have been in business for 35 years I learned. The guality of their work really confirms this. Visit them you won't be sorry.

Terrible service, overpriced. Up charge for parts and at least $100 more for labor than other places in the area. Avoid at all costs
