The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. As soon as he seen the tire bubbles He knew it was a center bent rim. Explained why I was getting the bubbles. the other shops would just replace the tire (Not the problem) 2nd " " tune up 3rd " " All four tires and alignment (different car) 4th upper control arm bushing PS. One of the last decent people left. Also he likes to joke. Helps lighten the mood
