Went in asking for a tire balance and brake work. Initially given a da... read more Went in asking for a tire balance and brake work. Initially given a day and booked it on schedule, then they offered to call me up to confirm, even arrange to come to my office to pick up the car as I was just a block away... All sounds good and professional, then comes the day of the "service", no call, not to be heard from... Service is only as good as you doing what you promised, unfortunately not the case here.
