Stayed there more than four hours. 3 hours in and they hadn’t even put my car on the alignment rack. I was late for work.

They take the time to properly diagnose the problem before repairing, and give you an honest estimate of time and cost. Ralph and his staff are highly skilled and detail oriented, and my cars have never run better. The shop is super clean, very well organized, and fantastic with scheduling.
