My truck had clunking noise. I already took it to 2 other shops and they couldn't figure out problem. Victor at Signature was able to diagnose and fix my truck the same day it was dropped off! He was very informative and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this shop and will return here if I need any additional repairs and for vehicle maintenance.

Andrew has always treated me fairly. He'll tell you what must be fixed and what can wait. His pricing is extremely competitive compared to other auto service places in Medford. He's got a good team and it's the only place I go for my cars.

Where do I start? Gas pumps that spill gas all over your feet and your car? Incompetent mechanics who do the same repair 3 times? Only being open 10-4? Pouring used antifreeze on the ground? The owners is a rich retired guy who doesn't care about his reputation, business, or customers. Take it from a local - do yourself a favor and avoid this small town trap.

I made an appointment for a groupon I had purchased. It included an oil change, tire rotation, brake and wheel alignment check, plus a hand car wash. I was informed my alignment was off, so I purchased the wheel alignment. My tire rotation couldn t be completed because I didn t have my wheel lock key, my fault. It took them TWO hours to complete an oil change and wheel alignment for a scheduled appointment! Entirely too long! They didn t even hand wash my car. Who knows what else they didn t complete. They didn t leave any desire for me to return. It was a #$%$ poor job accompanied with an underwhelming sales associate. Unacceptable. Non-existent customer service. Will never return. DO NOT trust them, Do Not go there!
